Auction Terms - Winning bidders with invoices over $500 will have a $500 deposit charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction. . If your invoice is less than $500 we charge the actual purchase amount. 10% Buyers premium for Cash, certified funds or wire transfer. 13% for checks unknown to us or credit card payments. (We use an electronic check verification system). NOTE: Credit Card payments will not be accepted for full payment on vehicles. $500 deposit only on credit card, balance due in CASH or certified funds for vehicle purchases. No titles will be released until funds are cleared. Items must be paid for within 3 days of Auction close.
