PLEASE NOTE: This is a timed auction. The first lot will close at the scheduled close time, each additional lot will close every 15-20 seconds in consecutive order. There are several hundred lots in each auction. Every item DOES NOT CLOSE at the same time. It will take several hours until the final lots close so be sure to have your maximum bids entered early if you are not planning to watch the entire auction close. Just because you have the high bid at 4:00pm does not mean you could not be outbid later in the auction.

We utilize extended bidding or "soft close"- if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold to the highest bidder. This prevents 'sniping" and gives all bidders a chance to bid in the last seconds of the lot closing.

When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction, you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding.
