Auction Terms:  10% Buyers Premium.  A $515 Deposit will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction (Online Bidders/Buyers). 6% Sales Tax will apply to this auction.

Winning bidders will have s $515 deposit charged to your credit card on file ($500 payment deposit plus $15 fee). 10% Buyers Premium for Vehicles, balance due in CASH or certified funds within 24 hours of auction close. Live auction bidders must pay in full on auction day.

If you invoice is LESS than $500 we will charge the actual purchase amount to your card on file plus 3% fee. No cash payments under $500.

Sales tax will be paid directly to PennDOT at the time of title transfer for Pennsylvania residents. 

All titles will be notarized and transferred to the buyer (open titles will not be handed out)

Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction, you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Geyer Auction Companies expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as model numbers, capacities, quantities, condition, etc. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.

By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds or returns. Placing a bid in a Public Auction is a binding contract in the State of Pennsylvania. By placing a bid you agree that all sales are final. Auction Terms: 13% Buyers Premium. All purchases will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction.

NOTE: If your credit card is not valid or we are not able to charge your purchases or a deposit for vehicles, YOUR ITEM or ITEMS PURCHASED WILL BE FORFEITED, you will go on record with all of our bidding platforms including Bidwrangler, Hibid, Proxibid and the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association as a non paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions. NO SHIPPING - All items must be picked up in person.

 IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH BIDDER TO INSPECT THE ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING, AND BY BIDDING ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION. THE AUCTION COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
