Winning bidders will have s $515 deposit charged to your credit card on file ($500 payment deposit plus $15 fee). 10% Buyers Premium for Vehicles, balance due in CASH or certified funds within 24 hours of auction close. Live auction bidders must pay in full on auction day.
If you invoice is LESS than $500 we will charge the actual purchase amount to your card on file plus 3% fee. No cash payments under $500.
Sales tax will be paid directly to PennDOT at the time of title transfer for Pennsylvania residents.
All titles will be notarized and transferred to the buyer (open titles will not be handed out)

By registering for the auction, you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.
