PLEASE NOTE: This is a Simulcast Auction - this means there is a live, onsite auction with in-person bidding and a live auctioneer as well as internet bidding. This type of auction DOES NOT utilize extended bidding like our timed online auctions. Once the auctioneer says sold, the bidding is closed and the auction will advance to the next lot. Please familiarize yourself with the bidding platform and PLACE YOUR MAXIMUM BID EARLY. We are not responsible for slow internet connection, delays, etc. If you place your MAXIMUM BID EARLY the computer will hold it and bid on your behalf. If you wait until the final seconds to place an online bid we cannot guarantee that your bid will be recognized. We do not want to miss any bids but once the live auctioneer declares the lot SOLD, no more internet bids will be accepted or recognized. Again - we highly recommend placing your MAXIMUM BID early or attend the live auction in person to be sure your bid will be accepted in time.
Auction Terms: 10% Buyers Premium for vehicles only. A $515 Deposit per vehicle will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction.
Vehicles ONLY: Winning bidders will have s $515 deposit charged to your credit card on file ($500 payment deposit plus $15 fee). 10% Buyers Premium for Vehicles, balance due in CASH, certified funds or wire transfer by 4pm on Monday, October 20th . Sales tax will be paid directly to PennDOT at the time of title transfer for Pennsylvania residents.
All title transfers will be done onsite by our PennDOT notary. Please see list of fees below. All titles must be notarized and transferred to the buyer (open titles will not be handed out)
Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction, you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Geyer Auction Companies expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as model numbers, capacities, quantities, condition, etc. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.
BIDS CANNOT BE CANCELED - ALL BIDS ARE FINAL! Please be 100% certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds or returns. Placing a bid in a Public Auction is a binding contract in the State of Pennsylvania. By placing a bid you agree that all sales are final.
NOTE: If your credit card is not valid or we are not able to charge your purchases or a deposit for vehicles, YOUR ITEM or ITEMS PURCHASED WILL BE FORFEITED, you will go on record with all of our bidding platforms including Bidwrangler, Hibid, Proxibid and the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association as a non paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions. NO SHIPPING - All items must be picked up in person.
IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH BIDDER TO INSPECT THE ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING, AND BY BIDDING ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION. THE AUCTION COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUNDS.
