Auction Terms: 10% Buyers Premium - 13% Buyers premium for invoices under $500. 6% sales tax will apply unless a valid and current PA tax exemption certificate is provided.  A $515 deposit will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction for winning bidders. For invoices under $500, we only charge the actual purchase amount to your credit card on file. Balance is due at pickup in CASH, Wire Transfer or certified funds.  We will only accept Pennsylvania Business Checks only if you have done business with us in the past and are in good standing with Geyer Auction Company.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a timed auction. The first lot will close at the scheduled close time, each additional lot will close every 15-20 seconds in consecutive order. There are several hundred lots in each auction. Every item DOES NOT CLOSE at the same time. It will take several hours until the final lots close so be sure to have your maximum bids entered early if you are not planning to watch the entire auction close. Just because you have the high bid at 4:00pm does not mean you could not be outbid later in the auction.

We utilize extended bidding or "soft close"- if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold to the highest bidder. This prevents 'sniping" and gives all bidders a chance to bid in the last seconds of the lot closing.

When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction, you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Geyer Auction Companies expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as model numbers, capacities, quantities, condition, etc. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.

BIDS CANNOT BE CANCELED - ALL BIDS ARE FINAL! Please be 100% certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction, you hereby agree that there will be no refunds or returns. Placing a bid in a Public Auction is a binding contract in the State of Pennsylvania. By placing a bid, you agree that all sales are final.

NOTE: If your credit card is not valid or we are not able to charge your purchases or a deposit for vehicles, YOUR ITEM or ITEMS PURCHASED WILL BE FORFEITED, you will go on record with all of our bidding platforms including Bidwrangler, Hibid, Proxibid and the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association as a non paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions. NO SHIPPING - All items must be picked up in person.

IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH BIDDER TO ATTEND THE AUCTION PREVIEW AND INSPECT THE ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING, AND BY BIDDING ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION. THE AUCTION COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Auction Timing
This is a timed auction. The first lot will close at the scheduled close time. Each additional lot will close at 15-20 second intervals in consecutive order. Since there are several hundred lots in each auction, the entire auction may take several hours to complete. Please plan accordingly.

Extended Bidding (Soft Close)
We utilize extended bidding or "soft close" to ensure fairness in the bidding process.
