Buyer's Premium & Payment Terms
Titled Vehicles & Heavy Equipment
A 10% buyer's premium will be applied to all titled vehicles and heavy equipment. In addition, a $515 deposit per vehicle ($500 plus $15 credit card fee) will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction. The balance of the purchase price is due in cash or certified funds such as a certified bank check or wire transfer.
All Other Items
A 13% buyer's premium will be applied to all other items. The full purchase price, including the buyer's premium, will be charged to your credit card at the close of the auction.
Auction Timing & Extended Bidding
Timed Auction: This is a timed auction. The first lot will close at the scheduled close time. Each additional lot will close at 15-20 second intervals in consecutive order. Since there are several hundred lots in each auction, the entire auction may take several hours to complete. Please plan accordingly.
Important: Just because you have the high bid at 4:00 PM, does not mean you will not be outbid later in the auction.
Extended Bidding (Soft Close)
We utilize extended bidding or "soft close" to ensure fairness in the bidding process. If a bid is placed during the last minute of an item’s bidding period, the auction for that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes. This process continues until no further bids are placed, at which point the lot will be sold to the highest bidder.

Binding Agreement: When you place a bid, you are entering into a binding contract to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium.

No Rescission Rights: The highest bidder will have no right of rescission and no rights to refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
